Mediright Corporate Healthcare general Terms & Conditions, updated January 2014:

  • Quotes valid for 30 days from sending.
  • Proposal valid for 3 months from sending.
  • Provisional bookings will be held for a maximum of 48 hours.
  • Purchase order number required on confirmation of booking.
  • On confirmation cancellations charged at 75%.
  • If the attendee arrives more than 15 minutes late to appointments booked at Mediright HQ each 15 minutes or part thereafter will be charged at £25.00. For late attendees we do our best to still see them. However, if the appointment cannot be accommodated the employee will not be seen but the client will still be charged the usual rate.
  • Information relevant to Management Referrals must be applied to the referral form. The nurse will not be available for discussions relevant to the referral.
  • Full day bookings generally apply.
  • Unless otherwise agreed the daily rate applies 7 hours productive nurse time plus 30 minutes set up and take down and 30 minutes break.
  • Additional charges apply to attendances at weekends, bank holidays or night duties.
  • Additional charges apply for visits over 120 miles radius from Mediright HQ
  • Specific consumables required or specialised testing are not included in the daily rate unless specified.
  • Additional administrative charges may apply unless specified in the daily rate.
  • Payment Net 30 days from receipt of invoice, standard terms apply unless agreed otherwise.
  • Minimum 1 year contract for regular scheduled nurse visits.
  • Client to inform Mediright personnel of any health and safety issues/ rules of relevance to the site visits and to be provided with enough information to select suitable and sufficient PPE in accordance with risk assessments.
